A STEEM VIDEO :- Quick and Easy Sago Fritters Recipe 😋😋
Today, I am sharing with you a recipe for quick-to-prepare Sabudana (sago) fritters. Now, we no longer have to wait for the sago to soak—a process that typically takes at least two to three hours to ensure the sago becomes soft. However, if you are craving Sabudana fritters right now, I have brought you a recipe that shows exactly how to prepare these instant fritters in a flash.
First, we boil the potatoes, then peel and mash them. Next, I ground the sago in a blender and added the ground sago to the mashed potatoes. I added salt to taste and red chili powder; if you prefer it extra spicy, you can also add chopped green chilies. Add chopped coriander leaves, mix everything thoroughly, and then shape the mixture into small balls.
Once we had formed the balls to our desired size, we set some oil to heat up. While the oil was heating, we took some arrowroot powder on a plate and rolled the prepared balls in it, coating them completely on all sides. Once the oil was sufficiently hot, we deep-fried these balls until they turned a beautiful golden-brown color, ensuring they were cooked evenly on both sides. And just like that, our crispy, golden, and instantly ready Sabudana fritters are prepared!
