The Ultimate Chicken Broast Platter That Won My Heart
Gujranwala is often called the food capital of Pakistan. After my recent visit I can definitely understand why Gujranwala is called the food capital of Pakistan. I had the opportunity to visit Gujranwala a days ago and explore its famous food street. The food street in Gujranwala is a place filled with the smell of sizzling barbecue, fried food and traditional Pakistani food.
I decided to try BAO Chicken Restaurant, which's very popular among people who love food. The moment I saw their signature platter being served I knew I was in for a treat. The platter was a combination of taste, smell and presentation. It had two kinds of rice: Achari Rice and Kabli Pulao. The Achari Rice was very flavorful with a spicy and tangy taste that woke up my taste buds. The Kabli Pulao was nice and smelled good. It was cooked perfectly with each grain separate and fluffy.
The star of the platter was the crispy Chicken Broast from BAO Chicken Restaurant. It was fried to perfection and it had a crunchy outside and a juicy inside. Every bite of the Chicken Broast from BAO Chicken Restaurant was full of flavor. Went well with the rice.
The meal also came with crispy fries, a cold drink and many kinds of chutneys and ketchup. The chutneys added a burst of spicy flavor that made the meal even better and more enjoyable.
What I liked the most was how well all the items on the platter from BAO Chicken Restaurant went together. The spicy Achari Rice, the Kabli Pulao, the crunchy Chicken Broast from BAO Chicken Restaurant and the delicious sauces all worked together to create a combination that was satisfying and hard to forget.
My visit to BAO Chicken Restaurant was one of the parts of my trip to Gujranwala. If you are ever in Gujranwala and looking for a meal that is filling and full of flavor I would highly recommend trying the platter from BAO Chicken Restaurant. It is a feast that satisfies both your eyes and your taste buds.
Thank you for reading. I hope you liked this small look into my food adventure, in Gujranwala.
