I sometimes watch things I don't like in order to have a reasoned position on why I don't like them, rather than just saying - I don't like that. But in this case, I really didn't watch it. I just can't afford such a pollution of consciousness.
Regarding the experiments - no, this is not an experiment. This is a very successfully fabricated project, very skillfully constructed, there is nothing accidental in it, every single piece of it. Nothing is experimented with anymore that reaches such public prominence and viewership.
A famous musician wrote today, "God is Bulgarian, but Satan is also Bulgarian.(haha)" Тhis is nonsense, I don't even feel like commenting, but the fact is that there is nothing accidental in anything.

Thinking business-only, it must be a very successful enterprise.
The contest is placed by national TVs, the most of them funded by taxes, taken by the citizens, then I doubt the tickets sold go back to the national budgets. ;-)

Probably there are many other revenue streams too, deriving from its semi-political nature.

Business as usual?
