Two small red cows

There are two small red cows here. After they are given water, they are cared for. The cows are taken out in the morning and kept here, and in the evening they are brought back inside the house.

I am taking care of these cows. There are two cows here, and they are being looked after very well. The cows have been kept here properly.

After giving them water, the cows are fed. After they finish eating and it becomes evening, they are kept inside again, and every morning they are taken out again.
