Dubai recorded 11,576 real estate sales transactions month to date in April 2026 with a declared total value of AED 42,399,665,555 (USD 11,546,028,030).
The total includes sales, mortgage registrations, and gift transfers. Ready properties accounted for the larger share of value, while Off-Plan assets led transaction volume.

Closing Notes
Unit transactions represented the largest segment by volume with 9,382 registrations, led by Flat transfers. Land transactions remained a major contributor by value at AED 17.90 billion.
BUSINESS BAY recorded the highest locality value for the month to date, followed by BURJ KHALIFA and Madinat Al Mataar. Ready properties led declared value, while Off-Plan assets remained ahead by transaction count.
