Dubai recorded 1,039 registered real estate transactions on 16 April 2026 with a declared total value of AED 2,927,258,312. Activity included sales, mortgage registrations, and gift transfers.
Ready properties accounted for the larger share of value, while off-plan assets led by transaction count. Free Hold registrations remained dominant across the day’s activity.
