15 April 2026
Dubai recorded 877 real estate sales transactions on 15 April 2026 with a declared total value of AED 2,437,415,213. Standard sales represented the largest component with 700 transactions valued at AED 2.01 billion, followed by mortgages at AED 400.32 million and gifts at AED 30.66 million.
Ready property transfers exceeded off-plan in value, while off-plan led transaction count. Residential assets accounted for the majority of daily transactions.
