Dubai real estate records for 13 April 2026 show 1,299 sales transactions with a declared total value of AED 4,278,233,894.

Sales registrations accounted for the largest share of transaction count, while ready properties exceeded off-plan assets in total value. Residential assets represented most recorded activity by volume.

The day’s registry activity was led by unit transactions in volume and land transactions in value concentration. Ready assets recorded fewer transactions than off-plan stock but a higher aggregate consideration.

A total of 1,299 registrations were distributed across a broad range of communities, with the ten highest-value localities accounting for a substantial share of daily turnover.
