Next highest recorded areas included TECOM SITE A (AED 76,146,429), Al Hebiah Fifth (AED 75,619,998), and Al Thanyah Fifth (AED 73,703,044).
Conclusion
Ready property transfers accounted for the larger share of total registered value, while off-plan transactions led in deal count. Free Hold transactions remained dominant across the day’s activity, representing nearly the full registry volume.
Within property types, land transactions carried the highest total value, while unit transactions remained the volume driver, led by flat transfers. Commercial land continued to account for most commercial activity recorded on the day.
