On 10 June 2026, the Dubai real estate registry recorded 886 sales transactions with a reported value of AED 2,080,182,386 (USD 566,423,556.77).
Activity was recorded across gifts, mortgages, and sales transactions, covering both off-plan and ready properties. The registry also recorded transactions across building, land, and unit categories.
