On 25 May 2026, Dubai registered 3,385 rental transactions with a total value of AED1,007,837,171 (USD274,525,487.89).
Renewed contracts accounted for the larger share of activity by volume, while new contracts recorded the higher aggregate value. Residential usage remained the dominant segment by both transaction count and value.
