Dubai registered 4,493 real estate rental transactions on 21 May 2026 with a declared total value of 3,236,631,538 AED (881,315,599.18 USD).
Renewed contracts accounted for the larger share of activity with 2,766 registrations valued at 2,163,145,339 AED. Residential usage represented the largest segment by volume and value within the daily rental registry.
