17 April 2026
Dubai recorded 2,726 rental transactions on 17 April 2026 with a declared total value of AED 1,845,375,279 (USD 502,495,689).
New contracts accounted for the larger share of value, while renewed contracts led transaction count. Residential usage represented most registrations, and Non Free Hold assets carried the majority of declared value.

Unit transactions represented the dominant category by both count and declared value. Within that segment, Labor Camps accounted for the largest single subtype value, while Flats led by transaction volume.
Jabal Ali Industrial First recorded the highest locality value and also the highest-value concentration of the reporting day. New contracts exceeded renewed contracts in declared value, while renewals recorded the higher transaction count.
