16 April 2026
Dubai recorded 3,967 registered rental transactions on 16 April 2026 with a declared total value of AED 8,317,721,967. Activity was split between new and renewed contracts.
New contracts represented most of the recorded value, while renewed contracts slightly exceeded new contracts by transaction count. Residential assets accounted for the largest share of activity.

Unit transactions accounted for the largest share of registered rental activity, led by flats and labor camps. Villa contracts remained limited in count and value relative to unit stock.
