15 April 2026
Dubai recorded 3,995 rental transactions on 15 April 2026 with a declared total value of AED 1,499,754,233 (USD 408,318,577).
New contracts accounted for most of the daily value, while renewed agreements represented the larger share by count. Residential usage remained the dominant segment, and the Unit category carried most registered activity.

Closing Notes
