There were 157 other active localities outside the top ten, with a combined registered value of AED 256,180,958 (USD 69,735,988.94).
Next highest recorded areas included Nadd Hessa (AED 13,310,442), Al Khawaneej First (AED 10,459,999), and Al Barsha South Fourth (AED 8,971,805).
Conclusion
Renewed contracts accounted for the larger share of the day’s rental value and transaction volume. Free Hold leases also carried the larger share of total registered contract value.
Within property types, unit transactions dominated both volume and value, led by Labor Camps and Flat contracts. The concentration of high-value lease registrations in Jabal Ali First, Muhaisanah Second, and Jabal Ali Industrial First accounted for most of the day’s rental turnover.
