His Scary Monster

His Scary Monster looked for a sponge that they sometimes rub on his belly. This seems to be an extraordinary thought, to my mum, but not to the Monster, who had come to the conclusion it was exciting. Who would have thought, a sponge having that done to it

His Scary Monster wanted a stapler that they sometimes insert somewhere. It was considered to be a new activity, to my neighbour, but not to the Monster, who thinks it was miraculous. Strangely, a stapler would be the thing that was chosen.

His Scary Monster desperately craved for a melon that they liked to put in the bath with him. This could be considered a bizarre idea, to me and my husband, but not to the Monster, who feels that the idea was awesome. You wouldnt have thought, a melon was the item that was selected.

His Scary Monster desperately searched for a piece of paper that they would often put down their trousers. One might find this to be a weird operation, to my grandpa, but not to the Monster, who thinks that this idea is fun. Bizarrely, a piece of paper would be the thing that was opted for.

His Scary Monster found a ball that they would sometimes try to balance on their head. This is certainly a funny thought, to me and my wife, but not to the Monster, who felt it would be spectacular. Who would have thought, a ball being the item opted for.
