For dinner, I made a rolled omelette that my son really likes.

All you need is 4 eggs and 2 slices of cheese.

I found a small square pan at a second-hand shop for just $2,
and it makes cooking this so much easier.

🧀 Step-by-Step

Start by heating the pan well.
Pour a thin layer of beaten eggs and roll it gently.

On the second layer,
add a slice of cheese and roll again.

The third layer is just egg,
then on the fourth, add another slice of cheese.

Finally, finish with egg to shape it nicely.

🔪 Let It Rest

Let it cool slightly before cutting.
If you cut it while it’s too hot,
it won’t hold its shape well.

🍅 How He Likes It

My son always enjoys it
with tomato sauce on the side.
