Generation Z

in WORLD OF XPILAR9 days ago

I had been thinking since morning that I should post, but I was a bit busy with work. So I thought I’d do it when I’m free… and then I completely forgot. Just now it came to my mind that I was supposed to post, so I decided to finally do it.
I had been planning to share my thoughts and opinions about Gen Z, because this term has now become a part of our daily life. So I thought, why not express what I think about it?
Gen Z refers to people born between 1997 and 2012. I know most of you probably already know this, but I still wanted to mention it.

If I talk about myself, I really like Generation Z. There are many reasons for that. I would love to discuss all of them, but for now I’ll share a few major ones.
One thing I’ve noticed is that this generation has a sense of acceptability. I mean, they have the courage to accept their good and bad actions, and even their mistakes.
Secondly, this generation doesn’t resist change. They are open to it, they try to adjust, and they’re willing to improve themselves. They’re not stuck on one idea and refusing to evolve.
And if I talk about my favorite reason, it would be that this generation is learning to value emotions. If I compare it to the previous generation, I haven’t really seen them openly talking about or valuing emotions. But I love seeing that this generation is becoming emotionally aware. I’m really happy to be part of a generation that understands and values emotions.
Another thing is that this generation doesn’t worry too much about what the world will say. We’ve always heard things like “What will people think?” or “What will society say?” and this generation is slowly breaking that mindset and choosing to think for themselves.
This generation knows when to speak, how to act, and how to react. They understand the importance of self-respect, they know how much value to give to others, and they know what it means to move on.
Of course, I know that every generation has both good and bad aspects. But here, I just wanted to appreciate the positive side of Gen Z the things I’ve personally noticed and felt.
And yes, not everyone in this generation is the same, but most people do reflect these qualities.
Besides all this, there are many more things I want to say about it, but for today, this is enough. We’ll continue this discussion some other time
This is just how I feel maybe some of you will agree, and maybe you’ve noticed these things too.
I’d love to hear what you think about this! 💬

Your expression tells the whole truth about GEN-Z, which most people don't get because we're not adults, according to them. By saying that, I mean that the way we express our feelings or don't shut our mouths and respond to them is not fair. But that's perfectly fine. Still, I'm an old soul, wanting to be reborn in a lost generation - where there were no trends. But on the other side. I love being around GEN-Z. We actually know where to pull ourselves together. Which is much better than being in a broken boat and not letting anyone out.

I’m really glad that you agreed with my thoughts...
While I was writing this post, I honestly thought you might not find it that interesting, because I know you’re an old soul and maybe you wouldn’t fully agree with me. But when I read your comment, it genuinely made me so happy.
I also really liked your perspective the way you see both sides, appreciating the simplicity of the past while still understanding and valuing Gen Z, is something very thoughtful.
And honestly, being an old soul in this generation is something very unique 🤍

Oh, I'm an old soul with the oldest mind, who doesn't think beyond the limits. But I observe everything and understand the situation and stay quite most of the time. But I know what's going on at the table. 😙
Thank you for your good perspective on me🦋

Of course yes,

Gen-z has seen the era transforming from landline to the modern latest tech icons, AI and those modern invention that seemed to be unreal even two decades ago. Along with, they've seen nations making progress and the nations getting defeated.

I'm sure G-z will have a stake of memories, experience and knowledge in their mind to predict the impact of events.

I'm not sure that the Gen-alpha will have to experience this. Maybe they have something more beautiful to visualize but not like Gen-z.

Maybe Gen-z is the last to enjoy what you've mentioned.

Exactly, I was thinking the same.
Other generations haven’t seen or experienced things the way Gen Z has. Every generation has its own journey, but Gen Z has actually witnessed the world changing from simple times to this fast, digital era and that’s what makes our experience so unique.
