My friend you didn't even mention the name of the festival. Though I love how the weather looks. This is beautiful. It reminds me of the biggest street festival in Africa. It holds every December in Calabar. Now Calabar is a local government area in Cross River State. I had attended that festival twice when Donald Duke was the governor of the state.
