Abuja is filled with a fuel station which as if yesterday morning, I was going to work the driver stopped at the MRS fuel station to fuel his car and I used the opportunity to capture the filling station.

What kind of service zone did you review? Where is it located? Share a brief description of the service zone.

I visited a Fuel supply station* called MRS which is located in Maraba. This particular fuel supply station company has branches in the city of Abuja and other parts of Nigeria. The branch that I visited, is located in Mara, which is the one I am sharing with you.

This particular MRS fuel supply station that I visited is located at 2HHP+C3J, Mararaba, Ado 900101, Federal Capital Territory and it is on a busy highway. The fuel supply station starter it operations in Maraba around 2019 and since then it has been a good fuel supply station in the area.

What are the facilities like there? For example, customer service, item list, prices etc. (with pictures + videos + descriptions).

The fuel supply station is a big fuel station with a lot of lubricants and non-lubricating facilities. At the place there is fuel pump install in the place which there have for diesel, fuel, and kerosene.

Also, there have big generator that powers the whole place. The generator gives light to the place and it is usually on during working hours. Also, other facilities of the place are a fire extinguisher for stopping a fire, and a big motor van parked at the place.

Discuss in detail the environmental situation of the Emergency Service Zone.

The environmental situation in the emergency service zone is noisy. Noise pollution is one of the things that is disturbing the activities of this service zone. Noise coming out from the market, vehicles, motorcycles and every corner of the place is affecting the emergency service zone.

Also, carbon dioxide emissions are another environmental situation of the place. Fuel, and diesel are highly flammable which means they are capable of causing environmental hazards if proper care is not taken which is the reason why there is a fire extinguisher in the place.

What kind of service did you receive there? Do you think any steps should be taken to improve customer service in this emergency service zone? Share a brief description of your opinion.

The service that I did receive there was the fuel that the driver who carried other passengers bought from the place. The driver who carried me filled his tank so her could be able to convey his passengers to their destination.

The steps that should be taken to improve customer service in this emergency service zone are for the service zone to start working on time because as we drove to the place to buy fuel we were waiting for the staff to open the place. The place is not usually open on time and it is not good for customers to go to a place and start wasting time.
