Hello Steemian Friends, Happy Bangla New Year. Today I am participating in the "La Ruta Gastronómica Dulcera" - Chocolatería competition of Season 31 and Week 1. I would like to express my sincere gratitude to @dasudi for organizing such a wonderful competition. I am really happy and excited to share my experiences and preferences in this event about chocolate and desserts.

I have chosen Genuine Medicine, located in a crowded place in Sector 11, Uttara, for this competition. It is located in a prime location just opposite Baitur Noor Jame Mosque in Sector 11, Uttara. In the current modern business model, such shops have gained immense popularity in Bangladesh, because a customer gets everything from medicines to cosmetics and world-famous chocolates under one roof. Which is also popular than a departmental store. The shop is open every day from 8.00 am to 12.00 midnight. Although according to the policy of the Bangladesh government, it is supposed to be open until 7.00 pm. There is no obligation to be a medicine department.

It is located just opposite the Baitur Noor Jame Masjid, the largest mosque in Uttara Sector 11. It is worth noting that more than 10,000 worshippers gather in this mosque every time, especially during Jumma prayers.
​This large number of worshippers and local residents who come to the mosque have easily understood that this is not just a drugstore; rather, it offers a wider variety of products than a typical department store. Especially with the collection of international quality chocolates and high-quality daily necessities, customers now feel more comfortable shopping here than anywhere else. This prime location and easy availability of products have made the store a major shopping point in the area.

Genuine Medicine has a very modern and orderly interior and ambience. Each product in the store is neatly arranged on a separate shelf, making it easy for shoppers to find the products they need. There are special corners for premium chocolates, cosmetics and baby food. The bright lighting and clean environment of the store add a different dimension to the shopping experience. Since it is an air-conditioned (AC) shop, shoppers can take their time to browse through the products.

Among the thousands of chocolates in this shop, the Ailisha brand premium chocolate box caught my eye. I have a very emotional memory associated with this chocolate. When I went to Malaysia in 2016, I first brought this chocolate as a gift for my children.
​This is a collection of premium hazelnut truffles wrapped in golden wrappers. Its main feature is the crunchy wafer shell on the outside and the delicious creamy cocoa filling inside. Today, seeing that favorite chocolate in this shop in Uttara, I was really nostalgic.

Among the different flavors of chocolate, milk chocolate is at the top of my list of favorites. I think it not only tastes great, but it can also have a positive role in health if consumed in moderation. Due to the presence of milk in milk chocolate, it gives it a creamy taste that is popular with people of all ages.

Among all the chocolate based foods, my favorite is chocolate ice cream. Igloo brand chocolate ice cream is one of my favorites. I find its creamy texture and rich chocolate flavor amazing. It is well-stocked in this shop.
