I am starting by wishing all my Steemit friends good health. Alhamdulillah, by the grace of Allah, I am very well. I will participate in a great engagement challenge today and through this engagement challenge, I will share with you about the traditional sweet shop of our area. So let's get started.

My father's house is in Tangail and the neighboring house of my father's house makes sweets and they have their own shop. The name of the shop is "Shibkali Sweet Shop". This shop is located on the west side of the main road in Palima Bazar. The shop has been here for a long time, but a few years ago the shop was demolished and now it has been rebuilt. The sweets of this shop are very delicious and the shop is also our neighbor's.

There is lighting and fan arrangement inside the shop, besides, glass glasses have been arranged inside the shop to keep the sweets. There is a digital meter to measure the sweets. The shop is small and there is security here as it is located in the village, so there is no CCTV camera arrangement or need for CCTV cameras. There is a deep freezer to store yogurt in case of a power outage.

I have seen that they make and sell sweets in a very healthy environment and I always buy sweets from this shop. The shopkeeper always keeps the price of sweets low from acquaintances and relatives. The shop is small and the owner of the shop himself sells the sweets from the shop. However, he has two craftsmen to make sweets. The shop owner and the owner's wife help the craftsmen in making sweets. Village shops are usually like this and they make sweets in small quantities every day. They do not sell stale sweets. The prices of some sweets in this shop are mentioned below.

✓ If you had the opportunity to share any traditional sweet from this shop or street vendor with a Steemian friend, which one would you choose?

A famous and traditional chamchom of Bangladesh is available in Tangail, that is, Tangail's chamchom is very famous all over the country. Tangail's chamchom is available in this shop, so I will share the traditional Tangail's chamchom with my Steemian friends. This chamchom is very delicious to eat and the craftsmen make the sweets with great care. Since it is a traditional food or sweet, the people of this region always take this sweet to relatives or when they go to a guest's house. That is, the people of Tangail serve Tangail's chamchom to guests. So I also want to feed this food to my friends to maintain the tradition of Tangail.

✓ Describe the three most traditional sweets in your area.

I am a girl from Tangail and people of Tangail love to eat sweets. As I have said before, the traditional sweet in our area is Chamchom. However, apart from Chamchom, there are some other traditional sweets in the sweet shops such as Rasmalai, White Sweets and Red Sweets. However, white sweets are not always available because most of the red sweets or Chamchom are in high demand in the shops. In addition, Rasmalai is also in high demand. When I went to the shop, it was afternoon and the Rasmalai were sold out in the shop. I find Rasmalai quite delicious along with Chamchom.

✓ Do you prefer to buy sweets from official shops, or do you think that the homemade taste of street vendors' sweets is more?

This will be a completely different answer for me because the taste and hygienic environment of the two types of shops are completely different. The sweets of street vendors look very delicious and tasty because they make them at home and sell them on the street, but in many cases, the sweets of street vendors are unhealthy and harmful to our body. Also, the sweets of the shops are delicious and they try to keep them healthy. Whatever I buy and eat, I try to eat healthy foods. However, the taste of the homemade sweets of the shops is not the same as the taste of the food of street vendors.
