details
To make this recipe, first I took two cups of flour. Then I mixed the flours well. Then I added salt as per the quantity. Then I mixed the salt well with the flour. Then I mixed the flours well with warm water and made a smooth dough.
Then I cut some small lychees from this dough. From these lychees, I took one lychee and made a roti. Then one by one I made several rotis.
Then I greased the middle part of the rotis with oil. And after applying oil, I made 2 batches from both sides and 2 batches from both sides of the top part to make the paratha batter.
Then I carefully shaped the remaining rotis one by one into parathas. Then I again rolled all the rotis well. Then my rotis were made into parathas.
Then I took a fan to heat the rotis. Then I gave one roti after the roti was heated to this extent. Then I fried the roti well for a while by turning the roti on both sides. Then I fried it well with the amount of oil. Then I took the rotis down. Then I served it on a plate with chicken meat. You will like this recipe today.
