🌧️ The Water Cycle in the Qur'an: How Revelation Matches Meteorology

أَعُوذُ بِاللَّهِ مِنَ الشَّيْطَانِ الرَّجِيمِ
بِسْمِ اللَّهِ الرَّحْمَٰنِ الرَّحِيمِ

Assalamu-Alaikum-wa-Rahmatullahi- wa-Barakatuh!

Without any doubt, the Qur’an paints a clear picture of moving water in Surah An-Nur (24:43) -

أَلَمْ تَرَ أَنَّ ٱللَّهَ يُزْجِى سَحَابًا ثُمَّ يُؤَلِّفُ بَيْنَهُۥ ثُمَّ يَجْعَلُهُۥ رُكَامًا فَتَرَى ٱلْوَدْقَ يَخْرُجُ مِنْ خِلَٰلِهِۦ وَيُنَزِّلُ مِنَ ٱلسَّمَآءِ مِن جِبَالٍ فِيهَا مِنۢ بَرَدٍ فَيُصِيبُ بِهِۦ مَن يَشَآءُ وَيَصْرِفُهُۥ عَن مَّن يَشَآءُۖ يَكَادُ سَنَا بَرْقِهِۦ يَذْهَبُ بِٱلْأَبْصَٰرِ

English - Sahih International

Do you not see that Allāh drives clouds? Then He brings them together; then He makes them into a mass, and you see the rain emerge from within it. And He sends down from the sky, mountains [of clouds] within which is hail, and He strikes with it whom He wills and averts it from whom He wills. The flash of its lightning almost takes away the eyesight.

( An-Nur 24:43 ) Describing the Cloud Formation:

clouds gathering, piling high, then dropping rain and chunks of ice. Back then, people had no way to see how it really worked. Now, with modern tools, scientists watch the same steps unfold - sunlight pulls moisture upward, tiny droplets form, rising air pushes them into towering shapes, sudden temperature changes force water down again. What was written long ago fits perfectly with what we measure today. Rain still falls just like those lines described. 🌧️
