Which street food did you feature in your video vlog and what made it special or attractive to you?

Hello everybody, today I am talking about State Food Shop. Which is a Biryani House. There you can find Kachchi Biryani, Morog Polao, Tehari, Borhani etc.I am going to talk about the traditional and famous food of Bangladesh, Biryani, as the state food. Because it is the favorite food of most people in Bangladesh. Regarding eating Kachchi, it is usually seen that people go to Kachchi Din with their family and eat Kachchi and the price there is of high quality. Which may not be possible for people of low status level. So the Biryani house I want to talk about is where good quality Biryani is available at a low price.The most appealing thing about biryani is the soft, fluffy, spicy meat, the incredibly tasty potatoes, the crisp basmati rice, and another appealing thing is the filling that is served to the mouth for the first time.

Did you experience any funny, surprising, or memorable moments while recording your street food vlog? Briefly describe them.

The main attraction of the vlog was to capture the moment of opening the lid of the huge pot. But as the shopkeeper unsealed the pot and lifted the lid, a huge cloud of hot fragrant smoke came and hit the camera lens directly. The lens became completely cloudy and I stood there like a blind man, inhaling the aroma of the smoke. In the background, I could hear my coughing and simultaneously admiring the aroma of the biryani,Overall, the scene was so funny that the blogger's part was left in the vlog during editing. The audience loved it the most!

How did the atmosphere of the street food area, the vendors, and the visitors make your vlogging experience more enjoyable?

The atmosphere at the roadside biryani stands is truly unique. On one hand, the aroma of biryani wafting from the enormous tables fills the air with a captivating fragrance. On the other, there's the sizzle of onions frying in ghee. And the pleasant bustle of the adjacent teahouse, impossible to find in other five-star restaurants. All of this creates an authentic and genuine feeling. A live cinematic scene, worthy of being filmed.

Which street food item or food stall would you recommend others to try and why?

I will tell others about this biryani while trying the street food. Because it is seen that the price of food in five star hotels is very high which is impossible for the common man. And the taste of the state food here is very good. The different types of beautiful spices in the biryani which make the taste of biryani captivating. Among the street food, this biryani is much more delicious and affordable than other food. So I will tell others one thing that among the street food, biryani is the best.
