It never been that way. I tend to believe it all became worse as the covid nonsense started and today it may also been die to a lack of electricity. I noticed that in many shops even bread, rolls and so more are baked too short, which is if you ask me to reduce the costs.
A week or better working day is indeed not the best day to make juice and homeade products yourself. I know I did that for many years but it is just toouch next to two paying jobs and a shelter of my own.
