RE: Dawn

Waking up early is partly a matter of habit, and the same goes for sleeping, but it has been proven that people have different circadian rhythms. There are morning people and evening people. This is the first time I’ve heard that the number of hours is related to age. Where did you get this information from?
In any case, it seems that women and children need at least ten hours’ sleep. I don’t believe the average woman gets that, not by a long shot, at least not where I live. We don’t do morning or afternoon naps. Awake is awake, and you get on with it, even if that means from 4 in the morning until 11 at night. Often without a proper break, day in, day out. And then you just have to hope you aren’t disturbed at night.

I can't sleep during the day, but I usually go to bed around 9 pm. I like to get up early to go to the gym.

Since you do also overwork I wonder at what time you stop working and do you have coffee, lunch and ta break?

If I have any breaks, I take advantage of them to keep working, hahaha. Just kidding, I have time to eat. I go to some nearby restaurants, or I order delivery. On weekends I go out to unwind a bit, I go to my second home. It would be nice to go with you, well, at least I imagine it. We'd laugh a lot looking at some rather strange objects.
