And so is saying you are neutrale. Aan far as I learned only Switzerland said and still says and it is accepted. How come.
As far as I learned NL had the "broken gun" they wanted peace and no fights, lost the war after 5 days...
Other countries but Switzerland not accepted and that's very suspicious, in fact.
