Most videos are about active elderly. What I liked that is that they are active, know their way, help out and work in their own pace and sdo a lot of not more and seem to have time for socializing.
This is how I envision myself when I'm old , I'll pay for my own nursing home, I won't be a burden to anyone, and I'll try to stay as lucid and active as possible, of course, including physical activity, which is essential.
