I think many of us feel depressed at any time; the trick is finding a way to forget about it. I go for walks, see something different, I mean, leave the house, see people, listen to something different; it helps me.

You are right. Many feel that way and the trick is that as soon as you recognise the slightest feeling you act. Staying home, in bed, hide in the darkest corner will only make the feeling worse. Besides if it is caused by (financial) problems solutions will only arrive if you meet others or clear the mind to activate it for new ideas.
