"Why are you so full of hate?" Wow, I think a person who hates never progresses, they're constantly getting sick. People don't realize that both physical and mental health are important. In fact, being mentally well makes you feel good, makes you want to progress, and gives you a good attitude.
I don't consider myself sociable. In fact, I spend many hours alone, and I like it that way. I'm around people, but I don't socialize much. But I don't feel hate for anyone. If I don't like something, I leave.
Perhaps haters are caught in a vicious circle, or perhaps they simply enjoy making life miserable for others? The most likely explanation is that they are overly fixated on what others do and have, and are envious. What they fail to see is how hard those people work, and the sacrifices they make to achieve anything. Upbringing, both by the state and within the family, will also play a major role in this.
I feel that I am sociable enough even without being among people. Perhaps too sociable and too helpful. At the moment, that is at my own expense. Another downside is that I then see even more cheating, discrimination and inequality, which is definitely not healthy for me. Being social can be very unhealthy, at least for me since I notice way more than others
