The best way to do that is to reduce the points while assessing such posts to avoid controversy.
This is quite frustrating, because it means that even if I strive every week to improve and achieve a perfect score, I still won't make the winners' list?
Quality should be rewarded above all else. That’s what evaluation criteria are for, isn't it?
If a user produces excellent work and deserves to win, then they should win. That will motivate all the other participants to improve and strive for excellence.
আপনাদের নিয়মটা ঠিকই আছে৷ কিন্তু এরকম নিয়ম হলে যে একবার সিলেক্ট হবে সে তো তাহলে দ্বিতীয়বার আর কখনও আপনাদের কন্টেস্টে জয়েন করবে না৷ এতে করে কম্পিটিশন নষ্ট হবে কন্টেস্ট এর৷ কারণ একজন ১০/১০ পেয়ে যদি সিলেকশন না হয়৷ সে কি জন্য পরের বার আপনাদের কন্টেস্টে জয়েন করবে৷ সে হতাশ হয়ে যাবে৷ এবং আর কখনই জয়েন করবে না।
