Sorry I had to review your post again. You presented a dessert as your cultural recipe and not a main dish. If it had been a part of a main dish it would have been given the full mark. I will have to reduce your task 1 mark because as stand alone dish it doesn’t qualify as a main meal but not culturally.
Another student presented a dessert too and I graded her thus. So in the spirit of fairness I had to do this. I hope you do understand.
