The Calmness of Lakes and Waterfalls

Assalam o alaikum.

When i think abouts lakes i imagine still water that looks like a mirror.The surfaces is so quiet that it reflects the sky clouds and trees around it.It feels like the world has slowed down for a moments.Siting near a lake can make a person forgets their worries.The soft wind the gentle movement of water and the natural silence creates a peaceful environment. Lakes teach us the value of patience and stilness.In our busy lives we rarely get times to sit quietly but a lakes reminds us that peace is very important for our mind and soul.Waterfalls on the other hand bring a different kind of calmnes.They are full of energy and movement yet they are also very peaceful to watch.The water faling from high rocks makes a beautiful sound that feels like music of nature.When i see a waterfall i feel likes all my stress is being washd away.The freshs water splashing on rocks and the cool mist in the air gives a feeling of new life.Waterfalls show us that even strong movement can be beautiful and peaceful at the same time.

Both lakes and waterfals are gifts of natures that help us connect with the earth.They reminds us that nature is not just for beauty but also for healing.Many peoples visit these places when they feel sad tired or confused.Nature does not speak in words but it comforts us in its own silents way.Sitting near water helps peoples think clearly and feel better inside.In today’s modern world we spend a lot of time on phones computers and busy schedules.Because of this we often forget how important it is to spend time in nature.A short visit to a lake or waterfall can refresh our mind more than anything else.It gives us energy and brings happiness that money cannot buy.

I personally feel very peaceful when i am near water.Even looking at pictures of lakes and waterfalls makes me calm.I believe everyone should try to spend time in natural places at least once in a while.It helps us understand life better and makes us more thankful for the beauty around us.Lakes and waterfalls are not just natural places they are sources of peace and comfort.They teach us to stay calm like a lake and strong like a waterfall.Nature always has a way of healing our hearts if we take time to enjoy it.
