Hey Twisters 🌀 quick update from our side!

We just cleaned up the README so it matches what SteemTwist actually does right now (April 2026 build).
Mostly docs sync, but useful stuff:

• 💾 Added notes about draft autosave (Twist / Live Twist / Secret Twist)
• 👤 Clarified Profile feed behavior (historical tw- posts are paged, not only current month)
• 📚 Updated the blockchain.js reference so function behavior/signatures are accurate:
  • cursor paging on fetchPostsByUser
  • documented fetchTwistFeedPage
  • refreshed fetchTwistsByUser options (startFrom, limit, maxScan)
  • updated fetchSignals docs (1000 scan limit + cursor paging)

No protocol changes in this docs pass — just making sure new builders/readers get accurate guidance 🙌
