ছোট বেলায় আমাদের চাহিদা এক রকম থাকে৷ বড় হলে নানান ধরনের জটিলতা তৈরি হয় শরীরে সেই জন্য মিষ্টি জাতীয় খাবার বর্জন করতে হয় আমাদের৷ এই জন্যই আপনি হয়তো এখন 2 টার বেশি আম খেতে পারেন না৷
আমি একবারে ১ কেজি আম খেতে পারি৷ বয়সের সাথে এটি খাওয়া কমাতে হয়৷ তা নাহলে নানান ধরনের রোগ সৃষ্টি হয় শরীরে।
