Does today seems like a waste?

Today Was Just One Big Waste

Today was actually dramatic. I woke up with plans in my head. First class was 9am and supposed to run 2 hours, end by 11am. But the class wasn’t giving at all. Lecturer talked for like 30 minutes then it just died. We closed a few minutes past 10am instead. I told myself okay, at least I still have my next class to make the day make sense.

But that one got cancelled too. Same story with the other one after it. Cancelled, cancelled. Every time I checked my timetable thinking “maybe this next one will hold,” it was just dead. By the time afternoon came, only my departmental lecture was left. That’s the one class I actually look forward to, the one that matters for my course. I got there ready, but they didn’t allow me to attend. Just stood there while everyone else went in.

That’s what annoyed me today. Not small annoyance. Damn annoying. I woke up early, got ready, sat through dead lectures, and still ended up locked out of the only class that counts. They made my whole day feel useless. No learning, no progress, just moving from one cancelled class to another. Walking home felt empty.
