week--25|| My Weekly Food Highlight
I always strive to create diverse content; and so, today I have returned to you with a brand-new post. Today, I will be presenting the best meals of my week, along with my thoughts and feelings regarding them. Food is always something fascinating. I extend my sincere thanks to @ngoenyi for organizing such a wonderful contest. So, let's get started---
Since I am currently living in a student hostel for my studies, I do not always find the time to cook for myself. Consequently, at the beginning of each month, we pay a fixed fee to cover our meals. Moreover, since meals in a hostel are prepared in bulk for a large number of people, the food—while perhaps not always gourmet—is quite hygienic. However, on "Grand Days," the meals are exceptionally delicious and delightful.

Tuesday(Lunch)
(Rice, fish, Fried Vegetables and Curries)
On Tuesday afternoon, I had rice accompanied by fish curry, fried potatoes with carrots, and a potato and papaya curry. In fact, during the hot season, papaya curry is highly beneficial, as it helps keep the body cool. Moreover, fried dishes are incredibly delicious to eat—foods that can be enjoyed with rice, roti, luchi, or even paratha.
Wednesday(Breakfast)
(Spiced Puffed Rice)
On Wednesday morning, I had Muri Makha—a dish I prepared myself using chopped cucumber, onions, green chilies, puffed rice, and roasted peanuts. I have always enjoyed eating Muri Makha; it makes for a wonderful snack during morning and evening tea sessions.
Friday(Dinner)
(Rice, Vegetable Dal, Paneer Curry, Chutney, Sweets, Ice Cream, and Hajmola)
Friday night marked our hostel's grand feast. For the occasion, the menu featured plain rice, veg dal, Paneer Kosha, and mango chutney. I enjoyed the meal immensely. Since it is currently mango season, the chutney was prepared using fresh mangoes, along with cashews and raisins. Instead of meat, I opted for the Paneer Kosha. Paneer is made from pure cow's milk, which is highly beneficial for the body, as it serves as an excellent source of protein, calcium, and vitamins. Additionally, the spread included Sandesh, chocolate ice cream, and Paspas to aid digestion.
Saturday(Breakfast and Dinner)
(Vegetable Pakoras and Fried Eggs)
On Saturday morning, I had banana blossom fritters, which are prepared using banana blossoms and gram flour. They taste delicious when eaten hot alongside various sauces. At night, I had fried eggs with rice. Preparing eggs in the style of bhujia (scrambled eggs) is also quite enjoyable. Moreover, eggs are rich in protein, which is highly beneficial for the body.
