The second statue is what I call disrespect for an animal ..breaking its will and forcing it to carry humans around.
The last one is another type of drill.
True is that the have to take a lot(see the first statue/picture). The average horserider gained a lot of weight and to fair I find this animal abuse too.
Perhaps the artist desires precisely this, to show the way in which animals are treated by some humans
