谢谢你的夸奖。这些蜡笔很便宜，我用的绝对不是软粉彩或油性粉彩，而是更便宜的瓦斯科蜡笔，其中显然含色素很少。不过用深色还是能画出些效果的，这次画的就是眼睛。
这只猫本来就是白色的，只是零星点缀着几块虎斑。虽然无法混合颜色，但我还是不会把这些蜡笔扔掉——说不定以后还能用在其他地方。
至于我是否真的在进步，我也不确定。我想为儿子画一幅他的猫，作为12月5日的礼物送给他。所以我觉得为此我还得多加练习。
顺便说一句，我觉得你画的那条龙非常漂亮。我画草图和素描时仍然很吃力，而且也没有每天都想练习或有时间多练。也许你说得对，我的画技确实在进步。谢谢你的鼓励。

Thank you for your compliment. These chalks are cheap, and they’re definitely not soft pastels or oil pastels, but more like cheap Wasco chalks, and there’s clearly not much pigment in them. You can still achieve something with the darker colours in particular, and in this case, that’s the eyes.
The cat is already white with a few patches here and there that look like a tiger’s stripes. Mixing colours is also impossible, but I’m not going to throw the crayons away – who knows, I might be able to use them for something else.
I’m not sure if I’m really making progress. I want to draw my son’s cat for him and give it to him as a present on 5 December. So I reckon I’ve still got a lot of practising to do before then.
By the way, I think your dragon has turned out beautifully. I’m still struggling with sketching and drawing, and I don’t always feel like practising much or have the time to do so every day. Maybe you’re right that I am making progress. Thanks for the encouragement.
