Uthan Tea Stall is a permanent tea shop located in the residential area of Parbatipur Koylarkhoni in Dinajpur district. It is easily accessible by bus and auto from any part of Parbatipur and Phulbari. This tea shop can be easily seen from Main Road due to its proximity to Main High. The founder of this tea shop is Md. Zulfiqar. This shop is open from 3 pm to midnight.

This residential area is always busy with people, which is why they have chosen this place. And from this place, you can see and travel in all directions. Their shop has been built as a small house so that they can change the location of this shop during a disaster.

The road where they have set up shop is in a state of disrepair, currently the government has declared this road closed, due to which they want to arrange for seating here on the road. In front and behind the shop, ordinary people are sitting or standing and drinking tea. There are many ingredients here for making tea, including mint leaves, jaggery, sugar, spices and many other ingredients, and tea is served here in a clay pot. This makes the tea taste much better.
