Assalam o alikum friends welcome to my blog I am @sualeha want to share my activities in kitchen after Eid ul azha due to animal cutting the few amount meat (beef) stored in my freezers after distribution in needy families and family and friends as per decided.The big festival past away but the tiredness never goes vanish any ways let's begin my kitchen routine after bakra Eid ...

Unfortunately my fridge never properly in cooling manner so my mother in low worried about cow,s leg or foot called payee in our town. The washing and cleaning is a big actually before start cooking.

First washed the legs bones with plenty of water and removed dirt and mess properly then boiled it in water with traditional spice liked ginger , garlic,onion whole gram masala till it's done completely.

The bones were too much heavy to moved in large pot after add powder spices so my mother in low helped me .In this big festival every year we cooked pata and together our whole family and closed friends at dinner with different beef dishes.

For the night we prepared mango delight in desserts for party it's cold cooking recipe mixing and adding ingredients you got the fantastic yummy dessert with in 15 minutes

My younger son really loved to helping in kitchen to mom ,he crushed the biscuits beaten the cream

My in lows came at my home after magrib Salah ,I prepared mutton karahi ,beef biryani with ith payaa.All were enjoyed the tasty food and appreciated me in too much hot 🥵 weather you did amazing.

I was glad to received many prayers from my friends and family regarding my cooking .After Dinner 🍽️ we went on park and kids too ride ,due to hot summer night we all enjoyed the open air and felt calm.spent 2 hours then back to home.
