[Notice] HARI RAID Frenzy Mode Issue and Resolution

Hello Raiders, this is H4LAB.

During today's final Frenzy Mode event of the current HARI RAID version, an issue occurred where some attack transactions (TXs) were not properly received due to unstable RPC server connectivity, resulting in certain attacks not being reflected in the battle.

After identifying the cause, we have implemented a fix by expanding our RPC infrastructure. In addition to steemit.com, HARI RAID now utilizes three additional RPC servers, allowing the system to automatically switch to alternative servers if connectivity issues occur.

We have also refunded all transaction fees associated with the affected attacks during this Frenzy Mode event.

Starting with tomorrow's monster, HARI RAID will launch its upgraded version featuring a completely redesigned user interface and various improvements.

We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused by this unexpected issue during the final stages of the current version.

[공지] HARI RAID 프렌지모드 오류 및 조치 안내

안녕하세요. HARI RAID 운영팀입니다.

금일 진행된 기존 버전 HARI RAID의 마지막 프렌지모드에서 RPC 서버 연결 불안정으로 인해 일부 공격 트랜잭션(TX)이 정상적으로 수신되지 않아 공격이 반영되지 않는 문제가 발생하였습니다.

원인 확인 후 즉시 조치를 진행하였으며, 현재는 RPC 서버를 기존 steemit.com 단일 서버뿐만 아니라 추가 3개의 RPC 서버와 연동하여 특정 서버 연결이 불안정할 경우 다른 서버를 통해 자동 조회되도록 개선을 완료하였습니다.

또한 이번 프렌지모드 과정에서 발생한 모든 공격 트랜잭션 수수료는 대상 유저분들께 전액 환급 처리하였습니다.

내일부터 등장하는 새로운 몬스터부터는 UI가 전면 개편된 업그레이드 버전의 HARI RAID가 정식 적용될 예정입니다.

기존 버전의 마지막 프렌지모드 마무리 과정에서 예상치 못한 오류로 불편을 드린 점 진심으로 사과드립니다.
