I like how they, especially this last one, have just started to come out of their baking dish, wanting to go somewhere. 😂 Joking aside, it looks like you got it very well. As far as I know, it's extremely difficult to get these products well at home. There are so many "small" factors that affect - air temperature, type of eggs, quality of milk, kneading time, beating force, etc.
In short - whether the kozunaks will turn out well this year or next is "God's thing", nothing more.😅
But you have already proven yourself as a great cook. And God helps, yes, but one must also have skills. You definitely have them!

То понякога се усеща като магия - да, има много химия (и физика) в готвенето, направо си е цяла наука, обаче като не можеш да контролираш много от факторите, влиза и елемент на свръхестествено! :P
