As far as I know, it's extremely difficult to get these products well at home. There are so many "small" factors that affect - air temperature, type of eggs, quality of milk, kneading time, beating force, etc.
In short - whether the kozunaks will turn out well this year or next is "God's thing", nothing more.😅
But you have already proven yourself as a great cook. And God helps, yes, but one must also have skills. You definitely have them!
