Stir-Fried Rice Noodles with Fish Meatballs
Hi bloggers and food lovers, today I’m going to share a special stir-fried rice noodle recipe topped with fish meatballs, a generous serving that feeds 7 people. The flavor is spicy, sweet, and savory, and it pairs perfectly with the egg and the seafood toppings and I use fish meatballs as the topping. Let’s get started
Ingredients:
5 sheets of rice noodles
1 egg
10 fish meatballs
1 stalk of green onion
1 stalk of celery
ground spices (shallots, garlic, ground chili, candlenuts blended)
1 tsp black pepper
1 tsp salt
soy sauce
sweet soy sauce
oyster sauce
cooking oil
50 ml water
Instructions:
Prepare the rice noodles by soaking them in cold water for 20 minutes
Sauté the ground spices with enough cooking oil in a pan
Once fragrant, add the fish balls to the pan
Add the seasoning (pepper, salt, soy sauce, and sweet soy sauce) to the pan
Stir until well combined
Crack 1 egg and add it to the pan
Scramble the egg until well combined
Add the chopped green onions and celery
Add the drained rice noodles
Stir the noodles until well combined with the seasonings and sauces
Add the water
If needed, add more sweet soy sauce to the pan, then stir again until well combined and evenly cooked
