Fine Face. Empty Brain.

I decided to patronize a young lady after a friend introduced her to me as a perfume vendor. The conversation was smooth. I made payment for the item I wanted and we talked about mode of delivery.

She said she was too busy to deliver it herself, that was why I will pick it up on a certain agreed day. In the spirit of having a conversation, I asked her what she does asides from perfumes sales.

"Aside from (business name), I’m involved in a few other business and creative projects as well. I like to keep some parts of my personal life private."

A display of disgust ran across my face after seeing the last line of her response. I was beside myself. Her response reminded me of a quote; "some people were given beauty to compensate for their lack of intelligence." She was the living embodiment of the quote.
