Monday/Comediant

Evidently the word "comediant" is no longer in use. It was used in the 1600's to refer to actors who introduced comedy into their roles. Lightheartedness. One such actor Will Kempe, performed an amazing stunt dancing nonstop for 9 days straight from London to Norwich, a full 100-mile journey. (Assuming he did stop to eat, answer the call of nature and take some rest.) He was well-known as a comediant.

What would life be without such people? very dull and boring indeed. There is something medicinal and healing about laughter. What is that old saying, "Laughter is the best medicine."

I assume he didn't pee and poop while dancing those 100 miles...

It is a long distance since if you dance you also have to make sure to dance forward and not remain in the same spot. How long did it take him?

Since when the word "comediant" doesn't exist?

If it comes to laughter's societies became more grumpy since at least the 80s and easily feeling insulted spoils a lot of not everything.
