gridcoin-rpc update
Gridcoin RPC library has been update to comply with Gridcoin Research b5.5.0
A lot new commands has been added, also, deprecated arguments and commands has been removed.
Smoke tests has been introduced to test no-mutation calls against the running testnet instance.
