From Buttons to Remotes || Witnessing Technology’s Quiet Revolution
Hello, fellow Steemians, and welcome to my blog. How are you all doing in your respective countries? I am here to drop my contribution to this contest, so just read along.
I was born in the 90s, and I have witnessed evolution in many forms, especially in technology, which is what I want to talk about today. Growing up, watching technology transform around me felt like living through multiple eras in one lifetime.

When I was a young boy, my dad could afford a few electronic devices. To us as children, they seemed incredibly sophisticated. Back then, almost none of those electrical devices had remotes. Operating them was a tedious task, you had to stand up, walk across the room, and press physical buttons or turn heavy knobs. It was cumbersome, but it was all we knew.

Over the years, things changed dramatically. The operation of those gadgets became easy and less cumbersome. Innovation turned hard into easy, and complicated into simplified. With the introduction of remote controls, life got easier and more enjoyable. We can now sit down conveniently and comfortably on the sofa while using remotes to operate almost every gadget in the living room, from the television to the air conditioner and even the lights.

I am glad I am here to witness the evolution of technology firsthand. It is amazing to see how far we have come. Even cars do not use traditional keys anymore; many start with a push of a button or a signal from a key fob.
Here is my little contribution to this particular contest. I want to use this medium to thank @adeljose for organizing such a wonderful contest. It keeps us learning new things every day and encourages us to reflect on how innovation shapes our lives.
Since this is a contest I want my friends to also be enlightened of it. So I want to use this opportunity to invite them.
